On a new small lot 20x20 I have build this quite luxorious centre of culture. It is a mixed library, book-outlet, café, practice room for your musical developement, actually there is hardly a thing you can´t do here, except having a swim.

Get Smallville Centre of Culture here... NB!!!! I have found an issue on this otherwise well functioning lot, that makes the basement inaccessable, and as I have been uable to fix it, I have build a new House of Culture that works all fine. You might want that instead!
