Pine Wood Common

This night´s offer is another house belonging to one of my close ones. I´ve been thinking, you know: even though I try to make my copies as close as possible they´ll always be somewhat tidier and in a way more sterile than in real life. My friends and family should of course thank me for cleaning up their places without charging  anything but do I ever hear the word THANK YOU, well up until now, I don´t think so! Ungreatful bastards! Well, they might want to know that I´m offering their house to perfect strangers, I guess, but until they show some better manners I´m just letting people move in. That´ll teach them a lesson!
This house is another end row house. Build between the two world wars as far as I remember, could be after world war two? IRL you can actually see, that the materials the house is made of is a little bit of this and a little bit of that, what ever was possible to lay hands on. It is, however, a lovely little house with a lot of charm, in my opinion, even though I must admit, that it has grown slightly when becoming adjusted to the Sims 3. :)
Guys! Let me take you to Pine Wood Common:
Pine Wood Common

I have even spend a week at least shining up the garden!

Well, strangely enough I seem to continue forgetting to get rid of the tiles when photographing. Even though I think, I have done everything perfect this time. But what is perfect, anyway, I admit I´m not exactly a good photographer.
And about the house:In real life an end row house, here an enclosed lot. Nice, bigger house with hall, kitchen with dining corner, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a big sitting room with lots of space when guests are coming for supper, In the basement two uneploited rooms for laundry and box room or whatever. Wonderful small, garden full of roses. Vegetable garden and a carport. Decorated for family with two teenage children.
I´ve actually promised you that you can have an empty shell of this house here on my blog. But that´ll have to wait untill tomorrow. It´s almost 3 in the morning here in Denmark, and I have messed up my shell-upload, so.....I guess, you´ll just have to come back. I would love that , anyway! :) Good night everybody or good afternoon or evening or even morning

  2. 1944 or '45 I think BTW.
When will we see Bent Sweat's Road and Peak(-a-boo) Island better known as Glenn's Island? Or maybe it should be called Peacock Island regarding the neighbours...

  3. Arh, I knew I missed something!Poor Bent Sweat have a house pretty soon, I promise! Blue windows? What are you talking about?
Og, yes, I´d better pm the owner as well! But I just know he´ll pick it to pieces and make fun of me instead of being honored! Not that I care;) much that is :D
