Kontiki, an empty conch for social hermits

"The Flying V" was the name of the coffeeshop which used to stand here untill the owner went bankrupt and the place were torn down. Later the lot was bought by an eager craftsman with a large family, but sadly he was divorced and had to sell  before he even reached the point of moving in. So if you don´t care about the sad history connected to the house, here is a true, tropical pearl for the larger family:

The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas one of wich is connected to an open kitchen/dining area. Only bathrooms and kitchen are decorated as well as the outside, the rest is totally up to your sim family.

 

 

 

 

 

The house is built on a 35x25 lot and may contain store-items but no cc.

Bella Miranda, desert living

Having moved into Lucky Palms I have fallen in love with the thought of cohabitation in the old motel-like lot by the sunken lake. I think it´s ugly though so I have built another one next to it in the vain hope that the inhabitants feel inspired to give it a makeover.

It´s not exactly the place of the poorest sims, I suppose more the established singles, who want to live close to others or people who have retired from working life but still have a lot to offer to their community.

Cyprinus Put and Take

Some time, all on your own with a fish rod ....Sims need entertainment just like the rest of us, and to some of them a fishing expedition is the definition of fun. Now not all anglers are fond of travelling but they want to catch all possible kinds of fish anyway, and now they can, if you have the World Adventure-Expansion that is. Because I have made a "put and take"-fishing park and larded it with all kinds of fish from the foreign destination. And your sim can even stay for days, as the place has a bed and breakfast as well:
